1. Who do I contact if I have questions relating to my order?

2. Do I need a password to place an order?

No, after you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, you may proceed.

3. I am unsure of whether my order has been received by Tyres Direct. What do I do?

Following your order you will receive a confirmation with your order number. If this is not the case, please contact us on [email protected].

4. My order was incorrect? What do I do?

Please send an email with your order details to [email protected] and we will try to assist you as much as possible. Please note that Tyres Direct has no obligation to take back orders that have been confirmed.

5. Can I place an order by other means apart from the website?

To date, we only accept online orders. Kindly Contact us for further assistance.

6. Why are certain tyres no longer being offered?

Due to constraints directly from manufacturers we may currently not be in a position to offer all the required tyre variations. Tyres Direct improves and updates its stock continuously, so we recommend that you visit our website often to view the current stock being offered. You can also get in touch with our Customer Support who can look into finding alternatives for you by contacting us on [email protected].

7. How do I know if my online order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail then please re-do the ordering process. If problems continue to persist, please contact us on [email protected].

8. How can I order from Tyres Direct?

9. How can I change the number of ordered tyres?

During the ordering process it is assumed that you require two tyres. If you would like to order a smaller or larger number of tyres, you can adjust the quantity in the first step of the ordering process.

10. How can I add different tyres to my order?

You can order different tyres by selecting the “Add to cart” button to the respective tyre, then select “continue shopping” to view more tyres available. Your shopping cart is available for viewing and editing in the top right corner of the page.

11. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Tyres Direct close orders every Monday afternon. E.T.A. is between 8 to 14 working days, barring any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

12. Do deliveries occur on weekends or public holidays?

No, Tyres Direct operates on working days (Monday – Friday) between 9am to 4pm.

13. How do I know when my order has arrived to the selected partner garage?

Partner garages are obligated to contact you on the contact numbers you provided to Tyres Direct within an hour of delivery of your order.

14. Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

15. Can I have the tyres delivery to a different address to my billing address?

Yes, whilst in the checkout process enter the shipping address to be used instead of your billing address.

16. Can I pick up the tyres myself?

Once your order has arrived to Malta, you will be contacted by Tyres Direct with the dates and times collections can be effected.

17. Does Tyres Direct deliver to other countries?

No, Tyres Direct only delivers to Malta & Gozo.

18. Who do I contact if my tyres arrive and I am not home?

Please note that we will contact you prior to delivering your package.

If after setting an appointment, the delivery has failed because you were not available at the set appointment, you have the following options to collect your package:

  • Collect your package from the following address: Block A, Moll Is-Shipwrights, Paola, PLA2100, MALTA
  • Request that the shipping company re-deliver your package. To do so kindly contact  +356 2010 1212  and provide your order number with Tyres Direct. Please note that you will incur a 10EUR charge per set of tyres.

19. Does Tyres Direct provide expedited deliveries?
